2017 Human Rights Budget Speech

Debates about the budget should be based on the real human rights issues that people across the country are facing. The Constitution requires that the budget responds to these issues.

In the 2017 Human Rights Budget Speech, more than a dozen NGOs have set out concrete, costed proposals for a human rights friendly budget.
