Elouise has made a career at prominent companies locally, on the African continent and in the Middle East. With a focus on Branding, Communication and Business Strategy, she has launched brands, revamped content for providers and managed budgets of up to R250 million. She has successfully led diverse teams to help companies meet their objectives through business and marketing strategies, including Viacom/Paramount, MTN, SABC, and M-Net.
A few years ago, Elouise transitioned from advertising, media, and marketing to the music industry, and didn’t look back. As the COO for Universal Music Group – Africa, she focused on driving a successful operation to disrupt and maximise all the touch points where artists and fans connect.
Not one to let a good crisis go to waste, Elouise took advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown to complete her MBA in Business Analytics. Elouise believes health is real wealth and emphasizes mental and physical well-being. She loves books, music, people, life, and laughter.
