Paralegal

I started off as a Legal Assistant at SECTION27 from June 2019 until June 2021 where I assisted both the Health and Education Teams. I was appointed as a Paralegal in Advice office from January 2022.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing from Tshwane University of Technology, a certificate in Paralegal Studies and have attended various Human Rights Courses. When I was in varsity: Aside from my studies I was interested in two things: debate and helping people. When I learned about human rights and the gross violations thereof, I knew is where my professional future would take me. Prior to Section27, I worked as Legal Secretary at a Legal Insurance Company and then private attorney office.

I stick around at Section27 because the work we do has an impact of everyday people especially the downtrodden, also Section27 is a cool place to work, and the people are not only great but brilliant.

I love cycling, baking, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
