Head of Communications

I joined SECTION27 on 3 January 2022 as Head of Communications.

I lead a team that develops and implements strategies that allow SECTON27 to interact meaningfully with its stakeholders.

Being part of a dynamic and passionate team, serving the interests of the most vulnerable in our communities, is why I stick around. My role entails using communication tactics as advocacy tools to advance equality and promote social justice.

I obtained a degree in Applied Communications Management and an honors degree in Communications from the University of Fort Hare. Over the years, I have received training from a variety of institutions covering different aspects of communications.
