President Cyril Ramaphosa has until 21 September to sign the new Copyright Amendment Bill into law.

By signing the Copyright Amendment Bill, South Africa can join the Marrakesh Treaty, which will allow persons who are blind and visually impaired to access hundreds of thousands of reading materials.
