Competition Commission releases “Statement of Issues” and “Guidelines for Participation”

The Competition Commission’s Private Healthcare Inquiry Panel has published the “Statement of Issues” and “Guidelines for Participation in the Market Inquiry into the Private Healthcare Sector” for public comment. The panel has invited the public to comment on these documents. They are attached below.
