The Eastern Cape Health Crisis Action Coalition (ECHCAC) notes the tabling of the 2026 Division of Revenue Bill and the 2025/26 Special Appropriations by the Minister of Finance. ECHCAC members make this submission in their capacity as residents of Komani and the Eastern Cape more broadly. This submission is a continuation of ECHCAC’s long journey in advocating for access to socio-economic rights for Komani residents.
