RETRACTION: Statement on Future Nation Schools and Sifiso Learning Group

20 August 2026, Johannesburg – On 20 July 2026, we published a press statement regarding Sifiso Learning Group (Pty) Ltd, Future Nation Schools (Pty) Ltd, and its officers in relation to Case No. 2026-125651.

The statement referred to contempt-of-court proceedings concerning the exclusion of matric learners due to outstanding fees. On 17 August, the Johannesburg High Court dismissed the contempt and committal applications against the parties mentioned above.

We retract the statement and apologise.
