SECTION27 has made submissions on the publication of the Draft Regulations on the National Education Information System, 2026 (“Draft Regulations”), issued in terms of the South African Schools Act 84 of 1996 (“SASA”), and the establishment of a national framework for the collection, management, verification and use of education information.
