We will be publishing an updated version of the basic education handbook by the end of this year.
The Handbook is a legal literacy tool that serves to empower communities, school governing bodies, principals, teachers and learners to understand education law and policy, to know when learners’ rights have been violated and what steps are required to protect learners’ rights. It is a valuable resource in providing information on case developments and legal frameworks in key-areas of education law and policy.
