Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Section 4(3)(c) of the National Health Act provides for free abortion/termination of pregnancy services for all women, regardless of their nationality. When you go to the hospital, you’ll need to take some form of ID with you. It’s important that you go as soon as possible. If you have any trouble at the clinic or hospital, you can contact our Advice Desk (phone/sms/WhatsApp): +27 67 419 6841 or +27 60 754 0751.

For the list of facilities that conduct safe abortions in Gauteng, go to this link: https://section27.org.za/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/Gauteng-Abortion-Services-Pamphlet.pdf
