SUBMISSIONS TO THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS ON THE DIVISION OF REVENUE BILL [B15-2025]

SECTION27 welcomes the opportunity to make submissions on the Division of Revenue Bill (DoRB) 2025/26. As a public interest law centre working to advance access to basic education and healthcare for all, our submission focuses on how the DoRB can be used to advance:

• An equitable public education system in line with Section 29 of the Constitution and
• A universally accessible health system in line with Section 27.
